- Selection: Talent will be assigned based on your project needs. You may switch talent with a 24 hour notice if not satisfied; if another alternative is available.
• Contract Basis: All engagements with our outsourced talent are based on a contract between you and Maven Talent Bridge Corp..
• Independent Contractors: The talent provided operates as independent contractors and are not employees of your company. They are governed by separate agreements regarding deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
Intellectual Property
Upon completion of a project and full payment, you retain ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the work produced by the outsourced talent unless otherwise specified. Maven Talent Bridge Corp. reserves the right to use anonymized work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Payment and Cancellation
- Payment: All payments for services must be made in advance prior to the start of the project or service. Once payment is received, work will commence on your project. Payments are non-refundable except in the circumstances outlined below.
Cancellation: If you decide to cancel our services after payment has been made, no refund will be issued. This is due to the time and resources allocated to your project upon payment.
Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
